CCM Hockey approached me to develop and produce an ad for their groundbreaking Jetspeed FTW collection, the first-ever women-specific hockey gear. Collaborating with Hockey Supremacy, their Canadian retailer, we crafted a script that not only highlighted the protective equipment but also aimed to inspire the next generation of female hockey players.
The result is a stunning commercial featuring rising star Gabrielle Santerre, filmed at Bishop’s University.
Despite having very limited ice time, our crew of three managed to create the perfect ambiance in both the arena and the locker room. The action shots speak for themselves!
This project was a thrilling challenge that pushed my creativity and pre-production skills to the limit. A tight schedule meant that everything needed to be meticulously planned in advance. Scouting locations and developing a detailed camera and lighting plan ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to finish right on schedule.
